Changes to University Entrance from 2014

Level 2 Achievement Standards Survey

We are now considering which Level 2 Standards to provide resources for. Please take 3 minutes to complete this survey to guide us on what your requirements will be for level 2. Taking the time to do it may mean we will create what you will be delivering.
Changes to the Format of Instant Resources
Posted on Wed, 24/08/2011 - 16:16 by josh.mAs a result of some issues over security of intellectual property we have decided to no longer offer Word documents for our assessment material.
We will now be transitioning to offering PDF only for the teaching guide, assessments, marking schedules and sample answers. We will continue to offer word documents for the learner workbooks. However, we would like to remind you that although you have the rights to modify up to 10% of the learner workbook content, Instant still holds copyright over all of our material.
Literacy and Numeracy Standards

Instant will be publishing new resources for the new Literacy and Numeracy Unit Standards next month.
Early Childhood Education Version Changes
Posted on Wed, 24/08/2011 - 16:10 by josh.mIn December last year NZQA registered new versions the Early Childhood Education Standards. We were part way through rewriting our material to meet the requirements of this new version when NZQA informed us that they found some inconsistencies in the new versions. This has meant that NZQA will be publishing another version later this year.
We expect that new version to be registered in October and at that time we will rewrite our material to meet the requirements of that version.
Changes to National Certificates

Level 1 Achievement Standards

NZQA is constantly improving their system and decreasing the pre-moderating turnaround time for assessments. This has been a frustration up to now and delayed progress in publishing the resources for these standards.
NZQA Changes

'Elements and Performance Criteria' are now called 'Outcomes and Evidence Requirements'.
