Level 1 Achievement Standards

We are now making good progress with the newly aligned level 1 Achievement Standards.

NZQA is constantly improving their system and decreasing the pre-moderating turnaround time for assessments.  This has been a frustration up to now and delayed progress in publishing the resources for these standards.

We now have published resources for:

Health 1.1 AS90971 Take action to enhance an aspect of personal well-being

Health 1.3 AS91097 Demonstrate understanding of ways in which well-being can change and strategies to support well-being

Health 1.4 AS90973 Demonstrate understanding of interpersonal skills used to enhance relationships

Generic Technology 1.1 AS91044 Undertake brief development to address a need or opportunity

Generic Technology 1.2 AS91045 Use planning tools to guide the technological development of an outcome to address a brief 

Sciences 1.15 AS90954 Demonstrate understanding of the effects of astronomical cycles on planet Earth

Digital Technologies 1.42 AS91072 Demonstrate understanding of basic concepts of digital media
