Moderation Guarantee

All Assessments that Instant offers for Achievement Standards have been pre-moderated by NZQA and carry the QAAM. As such the tasks are guaranteed to pass moderation unless they are modified.

Unfortunately NZQA do not offer the QAAM for Unit Standards.

Instant Education Solutions guarantees that if any assessment materials for Unit Standards fail external moderation, we will modify and replace the Delivery Package free of charge, provided that:

1. The Delivery Package is for the current version of the assessment standard authorised by the external standard setting or moderation monitoring authorities; and
2. The Purchaser supplies Instant Education Solutions with a copy of the report from the external standard setting or moderation monitoring authorities that notifies the failure of the materials to meet the standard and specifies the areas that require remedial attention.
